On the 25th of June, CCB London Academy, in conjunction with Peking University HSBC Business School, hosted an online workshop entitled "The Impact of COVID-19 on Banking and Finance". There were more than 40 of guests attended the webinar, which including scholars from the UK and other European countries, banking and finance professionals, staff of CCB London Academy and students from Peking University.
Carol Alexander, Professor of Finance of the University of Sussex, Visiting Professor of Peking University HSBC Business School and co-editor of the Journal of Banking and Finance, was invited to give a lecture at the event. Mr. Aimin Yang, Principal of CCB London Academy and Dr. Alexis Stenfors from the University of Portsmouth made interactive comments respectively.
