Signing of a Syndication Loan Agreement with Tauron S.A.

On March 25,2020, China Construction Bank (Europe) S.A. Warsaw branch has signed a syndication loan agreement with Tauron S.A., the second largest power company in Poland. As a Mandated Lead Arranger and book runner, our branch entered into the premier market transaction for the first time in Poland.
